The 24-year-old Lebanese-American from Dearborn, Mich, stood out in the final five as the only brunette among blonds. She beat out 50 other women to be crowned 2010 Miss USA and made a new history. She is the first Miss Michigan to win the Miss USA title since Kenya Moore in 1993. She currently resides in Dearborn, Michigan. She won the pageant at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. After beating out 50 other contestants, Rima Fakih becomes the first Muslim American and Second Arab American to win the Miss USA Title.
Rima Fakih graduated from University of Michigan, Dearborn with a degree in economics and Business Administration. Fakih thinks that birth control should be covered by the health insurance because they are costly.
