Kardashian, modeling for a supposedly jewelry-focused fashion shoot, posted this picture of herself, her skin, her cleavage -- and not much more. Which is funny, considering her recent comments.

Kim, covering February's issue of Glamour, spoke about her recent experience posing for Playboy, and played down her status as a sex symbol.

"I don't find myself as sexy as everyone thinks," she said. "I'm a lot more insecure than people would assume, but with little stupid things. When I get dressed, I'm always so indecisive."

Apparently, not that insecure.
